Busy Summer!

Hey Everybody,

Its been a pleasant summer for the most part. I've been busy educating myself more about real estate and real estate investing. The more I learn the more I see that investing and residential real estate are quite different. Which one do l love the most well I'm not saying just yet.

The summer is sizzling here in Atlanta, Georgia. We are already near the 4th of July. I have alot of classes to take as I continue to enhance my services as a Realtor. Summer Awaits!

Hey Everybody,

I hope all is well with you all. Memorial Day weekend was great I found time to relax and enjoy my family. Remember family is so special okay enough preaching. I have no idea what to expect with the Real Estate Market but I do know interest rates are still very low compared to past years. Its a great time to buy a home, whether its investing or a vacation home get out of those apartments and create some equity and wealth: thats what real esate can do so give it  a try.

Its been far to long since I have blogged. The blog has a new look hope you like; I have been quite busy with studying. I'm proud that the beginning of this  year I finished my real estate studies and passed my Georgia Real Estate Brokers Exam. Its a simulation exam never took this type of exam before.
